Observation

There were staff who could potentially be unsupervised with children who did not complete health and safety trainings. Staff working at time of inspection could potentially be unsupervised with children and did not complete SA Basics. There were staff working with children unsupervised who did not complete health and safety trainings in medication mamagement, emergency preparedness, serving children experiencing homelessness, BBP, CPR, and first aid.
